Claim Assistance

Few home insurance inspectors have knowledge of roofs and the damage they sustain, which is why we offer assistance during the initial inspection. Once you’ve scheduled an appointment with the adjuster to inspect your roof for damage, speak to Reign Roofing and we’ll arrange to be on-site with the adjuster to aid them in identifying the damage. If your claim is approved, the insurance company will send you an estimate for the price and scope of the roof repairs or replacement. Forward this paperwork to your representative with us so they can verify the estimate is correct. You’ll receive the first insurance payment in the mail within a week or so.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Reign Roofing recently replaced my 95 year old mother's roof and performed numerous other repairs at her Greatwood home in Sugar Land. The Reign Roofing team was outstanding in every way, and our family couldn't be more pleased with their work. We love what this company did for our family's matriarch, and wholeheartedly recommend it for roofing and general repairs!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t recommend Reign Roofing enough. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a full roof replacement and new gutters installed on time and on budget, just as promised. Oliver was in contact with us every step of the process and is wonderful to work with. Zach made sure to speak to us each day to see if we had any concerns. Really terrific people. Their crews were courteous, respectful, and thorough. I still can’t believe how well they cleaned up afterwards. I recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience all around. Had a leak in the roof with water coming in to my home. Freyer came to inspect it. He was punctual, polite, and thorough. Sent me a quote within a day and had Ivan out to fix it within a couple of days. Shared before, during, and after pictures of all the repairs. Fantastic communication and punctuality. Work looks great to me.
